Information for Food Trucks
The Emmaus Halloween Parade will allow Food Trucks! You must be approved by the Emmaus Parade Committee as a vendor for the parade. We will give priority to Emmaus businesses.

The food trucks will be stationed in the Borough parking lot between 3rd and 4th Streets on Main Street!​

2025 food truck vendors: Bananarama, Cactus Blue, Grubnight Food Truck, Kopper Penny Concessions, Travelin Tom's Coffee, Triple Sun
The steps to become approved as a food truck vendor are:
1. Fill out the application here and email it to emmausparade@aol.com
2. Await approval from the Emmaus Parade Committee
3. After approval, complete the temporary food license application. If the food truck holds an annual license for Emmaus, they do not require a temporary license for the event.
The Emmaus license has to be completed and paid to the Emmaus Borough Department of Health prior to the Parade. The application and fee can be submitted through the mail.
All temporary licenses are issued onsite after they have passed their inspection on the day of the Parade. Your food truck will be inspected a few hours before the parade starts. You will need to have your food truck located in the lot before 4:00 PM on the day of the Parade. This is important as the roads in Emmaus close prior to the Parade.
4. In addition to the cost of the food license, a minimum $50 donation is required to the Parade. Those checks can be made payable to Emmaus Halloween Committee and mailed to 28 South 4th Street, Emmaus, PA 18049.
